Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled

  • ¼ cup superfine caster sugar

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla bean powder (or 1 vanilla bean)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  • In a medium bowl, add heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla bean powder and vanilla extract. Beat on high with an electric hand mixer until soft peaks form, about 5-7 minutes.
