Then, in a large bowl, beat your cream cheese until smooth and creamy with an electric hand mixer. Add in your confectioners’ sugar and mix until it’s fully incorporated. Beat in your vanilla extract. Fold in your whipped cream with a rubber spatula until it’s completely combined. Cover and refrigerate your crêpe crème until you are ready to use it.
