Next up on the Valentine’s Day dessert option list is my No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge. I have been making this fudge for my dad since I was a little girl. It is his absolute favorite treat, so I make it for him for every Birthday, Father’s Day, and Valentine’s Day to accompany his gifts. This recipe has been passed down through my generations. My grandfather, who was a Railroad Engineer brought the recipe home from work one day after the wife of one of his colleagues made it for everyone. My grandmother, mother, and myself have been making it ever since, and you will be too after tasting how delicious it is and seeing just how easy it is to make!

Before you embark on making this recipe, keep in mind that it makes an entire 15 1/2 x 10-inch sheet pan of fudge, so if that is a bit too much for you, simply cut the recipe right in half. For this recipe, you are going to need confectioners’ sugar, Hershey’s cocoa powder, butter, peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, and milk.
Begin by preparing a large (15 ½ x 10-inch) sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper, and set it aside.
Then, in a large bowl, whisk together your confectioners’ sugar and cocoa. Add in your butter, peanut butter, and marshmallow fluff. Using your hands, knead your mixture thoroughly until all of your ingredients are completely incorporated. If your mixture becomes too dry to mix, add in a few tablespoons of milk to reach your desired consistency.

When all of your ingredients are completely incorporated, turn your fudge out onto your prepared sheet pan. Press down firmly to spread it out in an even layer over your pan. Cover and refrigerate your fudge for one hour before cutting it into small squares.
A few pieces of this after a delicious, and filling Valentine’s Day dinner may be just the right fix for you and your partner’s sweet tooth without leaving you with the proverbial “food baby” for the greater part of your night!
Make sure you hang onto this No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge recipe after Valentine’s Day as well, because it is also the perfect snack to make for your next potluck or gathering!
