Begin by preparing a 9-inch springform pan by spraying the sides with non-stick cooking spray and placing a parchment paper round in the bottom; set aside.

Green Ring: In a large bowl, combine your marshmallows, butter and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. Microwave on high for 30 second bursts until your marshmallows puff up and melt; about 3 minutes. Remove your mixture from the microwave and mix your melted marshmallows and butter thoroughly. Add in your desired amount of green food coloring and mix until it’s completely combined. Stir in your Rice Krispies® cereal until it’s coated entirely with your marshmallow mixture and your entire mixture is uniformly green. Empty into your prepared springform pan. Wet your hands slightly and use them to form a ring around the outer edge of pan about 1 inch wide around.

Using the heel of your hand, press your Krispie treats firmly into the bottom of your pan to level them out completely, forming one cohesive round. Place your chocolate chips equally over the surface of your red center, gently pressing them into your Krispie treats; set aside to rest and firm up for about 30 minutes. When firm, remove your Krispie treat round to a cutting board. Cut the round into 8 equal pie-shaped pieces. Store in an airtight container with wax paper between the layers.

Please note that it is important to mold each mixture in your springform pan quickly, as they will become more difficult to manipulate as they cool.
